Survivors include two daughters, Alma R. Toxey and her husband, Artie, of Virginia Beach, Elaine R. Benjamin, and her husband, Dennis, of Virginia Beach; son, Alvin T. Rountree, and his wife, Paula, of Winchester; sister, Hazel Jones, and her husband, O.B., of Dobson, N.C; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two nieces.
A graveside funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Rosewood Memorial Park by Pastor Ernest G. Roebuck. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the special fund at Calvary Baptist Church, Haygood Road, Virginia Beach.

Huntoon was born in Barnet, Vt., 49 years ago and was the daughter of Charles M.

1884, she married C. W. Huntoon and has since lived in Lisbon. Mr. Huntoon died in
November 1902, and since his death Mrs. Huntoon has worked hard to keep her family
together. She was a faithful wife and mother. Since June, she has been unable to work,
and has been confined to the house since December. She leaves a father, Charles M.
McKown, of Sutton, Vt., two brothers, Charles F. McKown, of Lisbon, Henry McKown
of Stewartstown, a sister, Mrs. Emma Quebec, of Lisbon and four children, Mrs. Addie
Curtis of Concord, Carl, Christie and Flora Huntoon all of Lisbon. The funeral was held
Saturday at 2:30 at the house.

| Obituary | Jun 26, 1924 | OBITUARY: The death of Mrs. Clara McKown Dudley, 89, occurred at the home of Mrs. J. H. Williams on Weston Street Monday morning (June 23, 1924), at about 5 o’clock, following a ten days illness with bronchitis. Mrs. Dudley was remarkably active for one of her advanced age, until she suffered a severe illness last summer, which confined her to the bed for several months. During the winter and spring she had made a good recovery, being able to be up most of the time until ten days ago, when she was taken ill with bronchitis.
Clara McKown Dudley was born in Watertown, Mass., Jan. 27, 1835, the only daughter of the seven children of Henry and Clarissa (White) McKown. The family moved to Sutton, VT., when she was a small child. She married Levi Dudley in Barton, Feb. 1, 1856. They resided in Cambridge, Mass., for a short time, coming to Randolph 33 years ago, to the farm now owned by J. W. Curran. Several years previous to Mr. Dudley’s death in 1912, they moved to the cottage on South Main Street, which Mrs. Dudley occupied till her illness last summer. Five children were born to them, two of whom survive, Mrs. B.D. DuBois of this town and William B. Dudley of Middleboro, Mass. One brother, Charles McKown of Sutton, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren survive.
Mrs. Dudley, even to the last days of her life, maintained a keen interest in public affairs, and her ready wit and cheerful disposition gained for her a large circle of friends. She dedicated her whole life to her home and family, and was a mother, not only to her own children but to her grandchildren, one of whom, Mrs. Leslie H. Ball, spent practically her entire life with her until her marriage. Mrs. Dudley joined the Methodist Church in Barton during her residence in that town.
The funeral was held yesterday afternoon, June 25, 1924, at 2 o’clock at the home of Mrs. Belle D. DuBois, Rev. F. Wilson Dy officiating. Burial was in the family lot in South View Cemetery. The bearers were L. H. Ball, E.A. Morse, Robert Luce and E.E. Gifford. A granddaughter, Mrs. Blanche Kinsman of Middleboro, Mass., and a great-granddaughter, Mrs. Robert Luce and husband of Waterbury were here to attend the service.

| Obituary | May 15, 1967 | OBITUARY: ENOSBURG FALLS - William E. Garrow, 88, died Sunday morning at a St. Albans hospital following a brief illness.
He was born in Enosburg Falls, May 4, 1881, the son of the late Augustus J. and Margaret (Laffley) Garrow.
He was a retired stone and brick mason and a lifelong resident of Enosburg Falls.
He was a member of the Enosburg Falls Band.
He leaves three sons, Alan E. of Fair Haven, Mass., Lynwood A. of Chico, Calif; and James E. of Enosburg Falls; three daughters, Miss Margaret M. Garrow of Enosburg Falls, Mrs. Fred (Doris) Itzstein of Bryn Mawr, Pa., Mrs. John (Betty) Pomeroy of Alburg; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The body will remain at the spears Funeral Home, 14 Orchard St., Enosburg Falls, where friends may call Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Rev. Gavin Maloney will recite the rosary at the funeral home Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. and Wednesday at 2 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church with Father Maloney celebrating a requiem high Mass. Interment will follow in the family lot at St. John the Baptist Cemetery. Spears Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
