She was born July 17, 1913, in Lunenburg, VT, the daughter of Lafayette and Eva (Drew) Boudreau. She grew up in Littleton and attended school there. She married Herbert Sherman on Nov. 27, 1965 in Littleton. He died in 1966.

She worked mostly at nursing homes and for the elderly at home.

Survivors include her seven daughters, Mrs. Gladys W. Hanks of Whitefield, Mrs. Betty W. Tardiff of Lisbon, Mrs. Marion W. Hopkins and Mrs. Sandra Dodge of Whitefield, Mrs. Linda W. Webster of Littleton, Mrs. Patricia W. Schute of Penacook, NH and Mrs. Sylvia Dillon of Woodsville; many many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Feb. 16 at Pillsbury Funeral Home, with the Rev. Donald F. Shaw, pastor of Lisbon Shared Ministry, as the officiant. Burial will be in the spring in Grove Hill Cemetery in Lisbon.
