ObituaryDec 9, 2010  OBITUARY: Mickey W. Moore, 76, of Martin died Dec. 7, 2010, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.

A memorial service and celebration of life is planned for noon Saturday at Martin Church of Christ, with John Forgy, Ricky Phillips and Danny Cash officiating.
Friends may call at Murphy Funeral Home in Martin from 4-7 p.m. Friday and at the church from 11 a.m. until the hour of services Saturday.

Honorary pallbearers will be Ashton Moore Smith, Nicholas Moore, Harrison Moore, Randell Foster, Dr. O.K. Smith, Jimmy Pflueger, Terry Moore, Jason Bates, Kenny Lemonds and Marvin Alexander.

He was born Aug. 14, 1934, in Fisher, Ark., son of the late Euell and Mamie (Dobbins) Moore. He was the widower of Barbara (Foster) Moore and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He had owned Century 21 Realty with his son, Tim Moore of Martin, who survives. He was a member of Martin Church of Christ.

Survivors also include his daughter, Terri (Moore) Lemonds of Martin; his sister, Pat Henderson of Batchelor, La; and five grandchildren, Ashton Smith, Terrah Eads, Nicholas Moore, Harrison Moore and Julianna Moore.

He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Gina (Moore) Smith; and two brothers, Harold Moore and Carlus Moore.
