Mrs. Bullis was born in Montgomery Jan. 30, 1883, the daughter of the late Eli and Matilda Domey Cantell.

Besides her husband, Basil Bullis, she is survived by three sons, Alan Garrow of Middleton, Mass., Linwood Garrow of Chico, Calif., and James Garrow of Enosburg Falls; three daughters, Miss Margaret Garrow and Mrs. John Pomeroy, both of Enosburg Falls, and Mrs. S. J. Itzstein of Bryn Mawr, Pa; one brother, Luther Cantell of Westville, Mass; two sisters, Mrs. Belle LaPlante of Worcester, Mass., and Mrs. George Downey of Springfield, Mass; 12 grandchildren; two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The body will remain at Spears Funeral Home, Enosburg Falls, 14 Orchid St., where funeral services will be held Sunday, March 4, 1956, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Wesley T. Logan officiating. Friends may call Friday and Saturday evenings. Spears Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

She was the wife of the late Arnold "Bud" Garrow. They were married in 1955.
Mrs. Garrow was born in Laconia, N.H., and raised in Lowell, where she graduated from Lowell High School. After marrying she raised her family in Chelmsford, where they had a business and lived for many years. She was a member of Mount Pleasant Women's Golf League and several bowling leagues in Chelmsford.
After she and her husband retired to the Cape, she enjoyed golfing, painting and reading. She made frequent visits and donations to the Brewster Humane Society and enjoyed shopping at the Christmas Tree Shops.
Survivors include two children, Harry and Jane A. Garrow; two sisters, Elaine Pappas and Janice Tavares; two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was also the mother of the late Janice Garrow Leary.
Visitation is 11 A.M. to noon tomorrow followed by a service at noon at Nickerson Funeral Home, 77 Eldredge Park Way, Orleans.
Burial is in Brewster Cemetery on Lower Road.

Lucille D. Garrow was born in Laconia, N.H., on Dec. 13, 1927, daughter of the late Harry and Dora (Lapierre) Brooks. She moved to Lowell with her family, and graduated from Lowell High School.
Raising her family in Chelmsford, Mrs. Garrow owned a business for many years in that area.
She was a member of the Mount Pleasant Women's Golf League and several bowling leagues in Chelmsford.
She retired to Cape Cod and enjoyed golfing, painting, reading and shopping. She also donated towels and blankets for the animals at Brewster Human Society.
She is survived by her son, Harry Garrow and his wife Caryl; a daughter, Jane A. Garrow; two grandchildren, Melody Garrow and Arnold "Bud" Garrow; two sisters, Elaine Pappas and her husband William and Janice Tavares and her husband James; and many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Garrow was also the mother of the late Janice Garrow Leary.

ObituaryApr 1, 2012  OBITUARY: LOOMIS, Patricia L. Age: 79 years. Patricia Lyndon Garrow Loomis passed away in Napa on March 26, 2012. Loving wife of the late John "Jack" L. Loomis. Cherished mother of Jane Machado and her husband John of Folsom, CA and Peter J. Loomis and his wife Carolyn of Napa, CA. Dear grandmother of Kelly Patricia and Jennifer Maria Machado of Folsom and Jack and Sam Loomis of Napa and sister of Cynthia (Dick) Brubaker of Dayton, OH and Bill (Anne) Garrow of Cape Coral, FL and Somers Point, NJ. Survived by several nieces and nephews in Oregon and the East Coast.

Mrs. Loomis was born in Malden, Massachusetts, on December 7th, 1932, to Alan Eli and Emelie Knight Hoar Garrow, but she grew up with her brother and sister in Pottstown, Pennsylvania in the home of her mother's brother and his wife, William and Marie Hoar. She was graduated from Ursinus College, Collegeville, PA in 1954 with a BA in English, and worked in a Philadelphia advertising agency before moving in 1959 to Honolulu, HI, where she was advertising manager of GEM department store and Spencecliff Restaurants before she sold newspaper advertising for the Honolulu Advertiser. In 1960 she met her husband, John L. "Jack" Loomis when he arrived from Roseburg, OR, to work for the Honolulu Star-Bulletin. They were married August 10, 1961. Mr. Loomis died in 2002. Returning to the mainland, the Loomis's lived in Oregon and Utah before moving to Petaluma. Mrs. Loomis was instrumental in introducing year round schools to Petaluma and in founding Discovery Days, a summer program for elementary children under the auspices of the American Association of University Women, which she served as president from 1973 to 1975. Mrs. Loomis became a real estate agent in 1984 and worked at Golden Land Realty for 23 years until she retired in 2007. She was a member of AAUW for 38 years and was also a member of the Petaluma Golf and Country Club. As per her request there will not be a service. Private Inurnment for Jack and Patricia will be at Reed-Hill Pioneer Cemetery in Wilbur, OR. Family assisted by PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY AND CREMATORY, 763-4131.

He owned and operated The Country Manor Inn with his wife Anne and family before retiring and moving to Florida. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Anne C. (nee Mahoney) Garrow, his children, Christine Masker and Joseph Masker, Scott Garrow and Teresa Vaccaro, Jeffery Garrow, Patricia Verhoff and Ross Verhoff, his grandchildren, Andrea and Corinne Klain, Brent and Austin Verhoff, Amanda, Charlie, and Daniel Vaccaro, great grandson, Carson Plisko, his sisters, Cynthia (Richard) Brubaker and Althea Alling and many other family members and friends. We know he is in a better place and will be missed by everyone. His memorial services and interment were private. In lieu of flowers, The Alvin A.
