Ronald is survived by his daughters, Tina Gilbeau, and Terry Paquette and her husband Eddie; grandchildren, Morgan Gilbeau, Sam Gilbeau and wife Harley, Keith Noyes Jr. and wife Sarah, Laina Brassil and partner Charlie Trayah; great grandchildren, Nate, Harper, Maevys, Kassandra, Skylar, Brandon, Keith III, Addison, and Aspen; siblings, Lyman Lawyer and his wife Karla, Connie Curtis and her husband Earl, Donna Casavant and her husband Jim, Candice Combs and her husband Stephen, Michael Lawyer and Kelli Peters, Jeffrey Lawyer and his wife Kim, and Jackie Garrow and her husband Robert.

Ronald was predeceased by his parents, Reginald "Jack" Lawyer and Dorothy, his wife, Joan Lawyer, and sons-in-law, Keith Noyes Sr and Louis Gilbeau Sr.

As Ronald always said, "Live long, love hard, and leave a beautiful memory".

ObituaryApr 18, 2025  OBITUARY: Doris “Dot” E Mead passed away peacefully on April 3, 2025, at the age of 78. Doris spent her last moments surrounded by her loved ones.

Doris was born on July 30, 1946 in Dummerston, Vermont, to Roy Lawrence, of Grafton, Vermont, and Annette Vaine, of Putney, Vermont. She married Ranson Mead Sr, of Jay, Vermont, on Sept 23, 1967 in Derby, Vermont. Together they spent many years growing their family and working their family farm in Orleans county. For the last 30 years, they made their home in Newport Center, Vermont.

Doris was well known by the community for her kindness and her dedication to her family. Doris made sure everyone around her had what they needed, without hesitation. Doris loved baking, word search puzzles, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren. Doris could be found, almost daily, chatting with her sister, Barb, over the telephone. Doris was always fond of sitting on the porch with a coffee or ice tea, enjoying fresh air in the summertime. Doris was kept young by looking after her many great grandchildren over years. Doris loved nothing more than her family.

Doris is survived by her husband, Ranson Mead Sr. Their four children, Lisa Mead, Ranson Mead Jr, Shawn Mead, Victoria Mead, and her partner John Buchanan.

Dot is survived by her grandchildren, Jarett and Jace Buchanan, Kyle Mead and his wife Amber, Shonna Gochie and her husband Andrew, Shane Mead and his wife Rachelle, Dillion Carpenter, Cassie Royer and her husband Josh, Seth Mead, Riley Aldrich and her husband Carter. Along with her 23 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Lou Roberts (Henry), Viola Lawrence and Barbara Beam (Butch)

Doris was predeceased by her parents, Roy and Annette Lawrence, her siblings Cecil, Waldo, Dennis, Floyd, Marilyn and Ellen. Along with her grandchildren, Danielle Carpenter and Ranson Mead III.

ObituarySep 22, 2004  OBITUARY: Charles Raymond Garrow, 68, of Enfield, entered into eternal peace Monday, September 20, 2004, in Johnson Memorial Hospital, Stafford, after a short illness.

Charles was born in Enosburg, Vt., the son of the late Henry and Eugenia (Lavoie) Garrow, and was a resident of Enfield for 40 years.

Prior to his retirement in 1993, Charles had been employed for 36 years with Hamilton Standard, Windsor Locks. Charles enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, camping in Vermont, and repairing lawn equipment. He was a communicant and member of St. Martha's Church for 40 years. Charles was an active member of the Washington Irving Council No. 50 Knights of Columbus 3rd degree, and was a member and Past Faithful Navigator of the Rev. William P. Kilcoyne Assembly 4th Degree. Charles served as an officer and on numerous Knights of Columbus committees for many years. He will always be remembered for his kind and gentle approach, his sincerity, honesty, and character, and for always lending a helping hand.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Sarah, having celebrated their 42nd anniversary on September 1. Charles is also survived by his beloved family; his daughter, Deborah J. Garrow and her companion, John Mays, of Stafford; a son, Christopher D. Garrow of Enfield; and a daughter, Beth Garrow of Enfield. He also leaves his beloved grandchildren, whom he cherished spending time with, Jacob, Rose, and Emily Rae Garrow. Charles also leaves three brothers and three sisters in-law, Robert and Frances Garrow of Farmington, Donald and Pat Garrow of Texas, and Bernard and Marie Garrow of Vernon; also two sisters and a brother-in-law, Madeline and Ron Diebold of Wright City, Mo. and Elizabeth Tetreault of Southwick, Mass; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Charles was predeceased by his son, Dennis, in 1985.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 24, 2004, at 9 a.m. from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, 43 Shaker Road, Enfield, (Exit 48 off Rt 91, Rt. 220 East 1 miles) followed by a with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Martha's Church, 214 Brainard Road, Enfield. Burial will be in Hazardville Cemetery.

Calling hours are Thursday, September 23, 2004, 4 to 8 p.m.
