Born in1928 in Auburn, N.Y., Pat was the only daughter of William J and Harriette M (Gleason) Stine. She worked for General Electric for over 30 years in Clyde, and later in Auburn. After retirement, she worked as a sales associate for Wal-Mart in Geneva. She was a member of the following ladies' auxiliaries: American Legion Post 435; VFW Post 6411; and the Korean Veterans. For the past two years, Pat held membership in the VFW Sunshine Post 3233 in Sarasota, Florida. A good friend to many, Pat enjoyed playing cards, bowling, dancing, horseshoes, karaoke night at the Meadows, and trips to the casino.

Pat is survived by her children Wanda (John) Babbitt of Fla., Mary (Jim) Alberts of Wash., Tanya (David) DeWitt of Fla., Darcy (Chris) McLaughlin of Fla., Ronald (Barbara) Alberts of Fla., John (Leanne) Alberts of Herkimer, Jim (Judy) Alberts of Fla., and LaMay (Dave) Gilroy of Tyre; 20 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and her daughter-in-law, Dinah Alberts, of Fla; as well as a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her husband and son, George "Ebo" and Monty Alberts; and two brothers, William and John Stine.

His wife, Jeannette (Faucher) Martin, died several years ago. He leaves a son, Douglas W. Martin of Fort Myers, Fla; two daughters, Jeanne A. Drumgood of Singapore and Cincinnati, Ohio, and Sally J. Neal of Palm Harbor, Fla; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildre; nephews and nieces. He was born and raised in Winchendon, son of David and Anna (St. Pierre) Martin, and lived here many years before moving to Florida.

He was a data processor at Greenfield Tap & Die Co., where he worked for 25 years, retiring in 1971. Mr. Martin was a member of the Greenfield Lions Club and a former member of Greenfield Country Club. He was an avid golfer.

A memorial Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 52 Spruce St., Winchendon. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Winchendon. Fletcher Funeral Home, 70 Pleasant St., Winchendon, is directing arrangements.
