She was a member of American Legion Post 36 Auxiliary and was named Auxiliary Unit Member of the Year for Vermont in 2002.

Survivors include two daughters, Phyllis Dimick of Rutland and Jacqueline Blanchard of Las Vegas, Nev; a son, Edwin Brunelle of North Clarendon; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Lancier Jack Brunelle, and a son, Douglas Brunelle.

The graveside service will be held at a later date.
