Survivors include two sons, Arnold Norton Jr. of Proctorsville and Gary Norton of Mount Holly; three daughters, Eleanor Ellison of Ludlow, Candy Davis of North Springfield and Shirley Vagts of Tennessee; four sisters, Jeannette Skorupski of Minnesota, Carolyn Smith of Springfield, Mass., Katherine Hogan, Jeanann Lariviere, both of Massachusetts; 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; and her companion, Ralph Barnes of Springfield.
She was predeceased by her husband; three brothers, William Pimintal, Melburn and James Quinn.
The memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, at the Methodist Church in Proctorsville with Pastor White officiating.
Burial will be at a later date in Proctorsville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Vermont and New Hampshire.

Mrs. Garrow was a resident of Franklin most of her life and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the Franklin Senior Citizens

She is survived by two daughters, Janet Magnant of Franklin and Betty-Ann Wright of St. Albans; two brothers, Robert Perrott of Cloucester, Ont. And Peter Perrott of Cowansville, P.Q; two sisters, Edna Derby of So. Hampton, Ont. and Gladys Laroche of Highgate; two grandchildren, Kathy Beaudoin and her husband Greg of Jeffersonville and Debra Swan and her husband Gary of Colchester; three great-grandchildren, Ashley Beaudoin, Garrett and Erik Swan; six step-daughters, Shirley Brightly of Hudson, NY, Antoinette Dragon of East Highgate, Leona Ellis of Fairhaven, Pauline Myott of Enosburg Falls, Betty Wedge of Franklin, and Theresa Langlois of Burlington; many step-grandchildren; step great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Merrill Magnant and her second husband Harland Garrow; six sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning April 16, 1997 at 11 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Franklin with Rev. Bernard Bechard celebrating the Mass of Christian Burial. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Spears Funeral Home on Dickinson Ave. in Enosburg Falls. For those who wish, contributions in her memory may be made to the Franklin Ambulance Service, Franklin, VT 05457 or to the Franklin County Home Health Agency, 3 Home Health Circle, St. Albans, VT 05478.
