OBITUARY: FAIRHAVEN - Margaret A. (Audette) Forrester, 96, of Wareham, died Wednesday, Oct. 22, in Alden Court, Fairhaven. She was the widow of the late Thornton Forrester.

She was born in Milton, Vt., and lived in New Hampshire for many years before moving to Wareham.
She was a devout catholic and a communicant of St. Patrick's Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attending family functions.
Survivors include two sons, Terrence Forrester of Rome, Ga., and Arthur Forrester of Fairhaven; two daughters, Phyllis Huntley of West Wareham and Barbara Davies of Attleboro; 22 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Henry, Richard and Donald Forrester and sister of the late Corinne Monahan, Richard Audette and David Audette.

Her funeral was held Monday, Oct. 27, followed by a Mass of Christian burial. Burial followed in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
