She was the wife of the late Warren E Decker.

Elizabeth was born in Enosburg Falls, VT on February 9, 1932, the daughter of the late Carl and Pearl Levis Hill.

She was employed by the Needle Division of the Torrington Co until her retirement in 1982. She will be sadly missed for her sense of humor and sharp wit.

She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Jacques and husband J.R. of Canton, Susan Huxley and husband Art of Winsted, and a son, Anthony Sager Jr of Lewisburg PA., grandchildren Scott and Michael Neri, Amanda Arnold, Steven Huxley, and Erica Wheaton, and several great grandchildren. She also leaves a brother, Harley J. Hill and his wife Bernie of Pomfret Center. She was predeceased by a son, Richard Sager.

The family will receive relatives and friends Saturday December 3 from Noon to 2 PM. at Phalen Funeral Home 285 Migeon Ave Torrington. Memorial Contributions can be made to Foothills VNS 32 Union St Winsted, CT 06098. www.phalenfuneral.com

Huxley and his fiancée, Kaitlyn Carver; one brother, Randy Huxley and his wife, Elizabeth Nettleton of Winsted; three sisters, Brenda Stengel of Torrington, Muriel Kinane and her husband, Dan of Winsted, Viki Grathwol and her wife, Susan of Torrington; foster sisters, Ramona Williams of Holyoke, Mass., Wendy Williams-Brand, her husband, Olivier of France, foster brothers Christian Williams of Floresville, Texas, and Brian Williams, his wife, Sarah LeMoine of Virginia; as well as several nieces and nephews. Art was predeceased by a special angel, a niece, Erica J. Wheaton.

Funeral services will be Saturday, July 20, at 11 a.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington. Relatives and friends may call on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial will be private.
