Mr. Billado was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He was a member of the Polish American Club and American Legion, both in Bellows Falls.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Harry Billado Jr. of Portsmouth, N.H; three daughters, Tracy Maynes of Portsmouth, N.H., Hope Grenier of Charlestown, N.H., and Tia Billado of Bellows Falls; a brother, James Fennessey of Bellows Falls; four sisters, Esther French of North Walpole, N.H., Marguerite Nash of Gageville, N.H., Patricia Rumrill of Rockingham and Lois Dow of White River Junction; and three grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Breed; and two brothers, Wilfred and Maurice Billado.
The funeral service will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Fenton & Hennessey Funeral Home in Bellows Falls with the Rev. Kaye Hult officiating.
Calling hours will be held Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made on behalf of Mr. Billado's youngest daughter Tia, in care of the Merchants Bank, 41 Village Square, Bellows Falls, 05101.

She was born June 2, 1934, in Enosburg, the daughter of Harry and Annabelle (Butterfield) Billado. She attended schools in Enosburg. She devoted her life to the health and happiness of her family.

On June 16, 1956, in Bellows Falls, she married Howard (Hutt) G. Rumrill. She is survived by five sons, Gary of Chester, Rodrick of North Walpole, N.H., Patrick, Roland and Rodney, all of Charlestown, N.H; a daughter, Linda Howland of Westminster; a brother, James Fennessey; and two sisters, Marguerite Nash and Lois Dow.

She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Rumrill was predeceased by a son who died in infancy, Howard Glenn Jr; her parents; three brothers, Maurice, Wilford and Harry Billado; and two sisters, Dorothy Breed and Esther French.

There will be a funeral service on Tuesday, Jan 3, at the FENTON & HENNESSEY FUNERAL HOME, Bellows Falls, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Kaye Hult officiating.

There will be calling hours on Monday, Jan. 2, at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Burial will follow the service in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Alstead, N.H.

ObituaryJun 17, 2017  OBITUARY: White River Jct., VT – Lois M. Dow, 76, died Thursday morning, June 15, 2017 at the Hanover Terrace in Hanover, NH. She was born April 13, 1941 in Enosburg Falls, VT the daughter of Harry and Annabelle (Pope) Billado.

Lois was married at a very young age. She lived most of her life in South Charlestown, NH. She loved caring for her family and stayed home to raise her children. As the kids grew older and started to leave the house Lois worked for a short time at Grobet File Company in Charlestown, NH and then later at Keylock Industries and the Woolen Mill, both in Charlestown.

In 1992 she married Frank J. Dow Sr. They made their home in White River Jct., VT for the past twenty-five years. As mentioned she loved to take care of her family and continued to do so for her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a good cook who loved to bake. Lois also enjoyed crocheting and working on puzzles. She and Frank also loved to go dancing at the local American Legions, VFW’s and Elks Clubs. More recently she liked to sneak away with her daughter to Dunkin Donuts and get her two old fashion donuts and a cup of coffee. She also liked to go out to eat Chinese with her granddaughter.

Lois was predeceased by four brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by her husband, Frank J. Dow Sr. of White River Jct., VT, three daughters, Maryanne “Cookie” Rosenauer of Missouri, Tami Hancock of Alstead, NH, Grace Smith of Charlestown, NH, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, a sister, Maggie Nash, as well as many nieces an nephews and several step children.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Howard was born in Alstead, NH on May 29, 1928, the son of Harry and Lottie (Kimball) Rumrill.

He attended schools in Alstead and Bellows Falls, served in the Army during the Korean Conflict, and worked for St. Johnsbury Trucking for 38 1/2 years.

He was a member of the VFW, the Elks, and the Polish American Club. Howard enjoyed gardening, taking care of his ducks, snowmobiling, and the outdoors. He loved most the time spent with his children.

On June 16, 1956 he married Patricia Billado, who predeceased him.

He is survived by his sons Gary of Chester, VT, Patrick, Roland, and Rodney, all of Charlestown, NH; his daughter Linda Howland of Westminster, VT; his sister Jean Yake of Chester, VT; 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, his infant son Howard, Jr., his son Rodrick, and many siblings.

SERVICES: There will be calling hours 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Thursday, March 23rd. The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 24th at Fenton & Hennessey Funeral Home in Bellows Falls, VT.
